I took my mini Cooper into Bill Jacobs to get it serviced for an oil change and the air conditioner, they were very very busy. I really like this dealership, in particular, the solid men who have assisted me so far. In January I posted about Nick and how helpful he was and, therefore, wanted to see him yesterday. Nick was with a client so I had the pleasure of working with Mitch. Mitch was very also very personable and helpful. I never get the sense That I am being forced to buy something or that they are trying to force a sale. While I do know that they are in the business of selling, they also know that good customer service is all about relationship. Mitch and Nick are very authentic. Going to the car dealership is not exactly my idea of fun; however, Mitch (and Nick) make it a very warm experience. They don’t make me feel stupid. Thank you!! More
