I like how I was greeted by my advisor, Mitch Shefvelend, he was just the right amount of friendly, very genuine. I really like the diagnostic review that is done while the car is suspended. The master techn he was just the right amount of friendly, very genuine. I really like the diagnostic review that is done while the car is suspended. The master technician walks you through all of the findings, good and bad. After the review Mitch explained the pro/con of the issues that needed to be addressed, he made it very easy to understand. Overall, a great experience and I wouldn’t even consider going to any other dealer! More
