We have taken our Mini Cooper to Mitch Shefveland. Above and beyond doesn’t begin to describe his expertise, detail oriented service and kindness. We have taken our Mini Cooper to Bill Jacobs MINI in Naperville twice. Once for general maintenance and another for pothole damage which resulted in extensive repairs. Each time, Mitch called daily with updates. In the later case, he communicated with our insurance company, providing comprehensive photos and estimates, so they couple approve our claim. He worked with us on pricing when the insurance failed to cover a necessary alignment AND… provided us with a loaner vehicle for weeks during the extensive repairs. He is a genius at explaining technical jargon for laymen’s like myself. And he’s just an all around wonderful person. As you can see, I’d take out a billboard professing my love for Bill Jacobs MINI if I could! Just THE best. More
