I have owned my mighty 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman All 4 S since 2018. What I didn’t know about Mini Coopers going into being a new owner of one is alllll the maintenance that goes into them. Quickly did I realize this to be the case when one thing after another started to act up and was informed that the previous owner didn’t do any necessary maintenance, leaving me obviously responsible for everything moving forward. Being a full time student and worker, the financial and physical demands of needed to safely get from point A—B became taxing. I was met with nothing short of the best and attentive service by every advisor — special shout out to Brendan and Mitch! Whatever concerns I brought to the table they met me with compassion, empathy and an action plan to keep my “Z” (short for Zebra bc she’s white with black stripes) up and moving. I am so grateful and would go nowhere else with my mini, because there’s no one else I trust more than these guys! Thank you for all you do! More
