We would especially like to compliment Mitch Shefveland who was personable, helpful, honest—as well as professional and fair in how he guided us through the process and coordinated our coverage. We could see he really genuinely cared about us and that proper maintenance was important to him, and we felt extra secure in knowing that when we drove our car off the lot, that we would be safe.
