Great customer service, little to no waiting time, highly professional and smooth operating sales team. I haven't had a chance to see how their service works, judging by mixed reviews on this site it is hit or miss, however the sales department gets my five stars for treating me like a customer should be treated. Special thanks to their General Sales Manager (I believe his name was Rafael) who personally came out to greet us and make sure we were taken care of, he seemed to have a good understanding of customer needs and was genuinely interested in ensuring his team provides us with top-notch customer experience. I was having issues with the airbag light in my 2003 MCS. I read Mini extended the warranty on this specific problem. I took it to Bill Jacobs @ Naperville and they lied about it and tried to charge me ~$1000 for it, after letting me sit in the waiting room for 4 hours. I went to Patrick Mini @ Schaumburg, and sure enough, I was right. It's covered by the warranty. They fixed it on the spot in 30 minutes, free of charge. I still get angry when I think about it. More
