Came in for a recall and came home with a brand new countryman. My wife loved her Cooper hard top. So to sell her a new cooper was no small feet. They even let us take the car out for dinner! I had the most pleasurable experience buying my MiNI from this dealership. My sales person was very knowledgeable, guided me through the process without being too pushy or aggressive, was very courteous and this dealership. The whole car-buying process went smoothly, I did not feel rushed at any moment, and everyone I had to deal with seemed to know what they were doing and how to take care of me as a customer. Great customer service, little to no waiting time, highly professional and smooth operating sales team. I haven't had a chance to see how their service works, judging by mixed reviews on this site it is hit or miss, however the sales department gets my five stars for treating me like a customer should be treated. Special thanks to their General Sales Manager (I believe his name was Rafael) who personally came out to greet us and make sure we were taken care of, he seemed to have a good understanding of customer needs and was genuinely interested in ensuring his team provides us with top-notch customer experience. Despite being young, he seems to have a good grip on the whole process and a lot of experience, which is clearly evident in how professional and customer oriented his team is. I was having issues with the airbag light in my 2003 MCS. I read Mini extended the warranty on this specific problem. I took it to Bill Jacobs @ Naperville and they lied about it and tried to charge me ~$100 I read Mini extended the warranty on this specific problem. I took it to Bill Jacobs @ Naperville and they lied about it and tried to charge me ~$1000 for it, after letting me sit in the waiting room for 4 hours. I went to Patrick Mini @ Schaumburg, and sure enough, I was right. It's covered by the warranty. They fixed it on the spot in 30 minutes, free of charge. I still get angry when I think about it. More
