Mike in the Mini service was very helpful and honest. I brought the car in for front brakes thought for sure it needed them. After they looked at the car I didn’t need brakes they just cleaned them and the brought the car in for front brakes thought for sure it needed them. We visited the dealership for a repair. I was shocked at the level of customer service they provided. They treated everyone in our party with respect, they were inviting, and truly cared about helping us. M the level of customer service they provided. They treated everyone in our party with respect, they were inviting, and truly cared about helping us. My sister-in-law worked with Mitch and their team. She has been kept in the loop about her car and their findings since they started their work. They even sent her videos throughout the repair process. They treated her with respect, which can be very hard to find in the car industry. They took time to teach her about features on her new vehicle and provided her with a loaner car during the repair time. Between the respect, constant communication, and pride in the facility, I highly recommend working with Mitch and/or anyone from their team! More
I am in the process of working with Mitch over at Bill Jacobs MINI in Naperville, IL. They have been incredible to work with so far. Right off the bat, they did a walk around of my car with me before they got started. I have never had an experience like that before, it was awesome of them to take the time to go through everything. I was given an amazing loaner car to borrow while they work on mine. Mitch sends me 1-2 updates daily. One day he even let me know that my MINI hadn't gone in for service yet due to a delay with a car ahead of me. That level of communication shows they believe in truly taking care of their customers. It is comforting to know that they will keep you updated, even on the small things. The updates help relieve my worry about my vehicle being in the shop for repairs. I had read a review prior to going to the dealership that said they treat you like family. I now know that is absolutely right. I felt welcomed and that I was a priority. That seems to be rare in today's world. They are transparent and encourage you to ask questions. I am confident that Mitch at Bill Jacobs MINI will help me resolve my problem on my Countryman and I recommend their services to others. More

I first got to know Mitch and the service team at Bill Jacobs when out of the blue, my 2007 Mini (affectionately named Forrest, denoting his British Racing Green styling) seemed to have caught something like that nasty virus that's going around. Yes, there were so many symptoms that just appeared out of nowhere one day that they kept the Check Engine Light on bright and the computer flashing a multitude of never ending error codes. And all that with just 55,000 miles on him! Well, Forrest is getting a bit older though and I hear that this crummy affliction going around does appear to attack the older models a bit more aggressively... So, on it went; again and again. First, I tried taking Forrest to a local clinic where I thought I could save some money. But, each time they treated and healed one symptom, another set would pop-up, sending Forrest's Check Engine light screaming again. Time after time it went on. It was so painful to see my baby suffer like that. And, since his medical insurance had run out, the cost for his treatments rested squarely on my shoulders as his guardian. Ouch!!! So, I knew it was time to bring in the experts. Coming to the rescue, Mitch and team worked through each issue, looking everywhere for the culprits. Then, when all hope seemed to be lost, the Bill Jacobs team found the lasting cure for that mean old set of failures. Seems the other guys had transplanted some vital organs with look-a-likes, not original Mini components. This caused a chain of reactions that required replacement of those items and more specialized triage to correct the original underlying issue. Mitch and team solved it all and Forrest was soon back home in my garage. Also, the Bill Jacobs team even helped with the treatment expenses the best they could in order to keep the recovery as painless as possible. Way to go Mitch and thanks again for all of the help you folks gave to get my baby Forrest off the ventilator and back on the road! Now, a year later, while still in great overall health from the treatments he received at Bill Jacobs, it was time for Forrest to get some new binders and an oil transfusion. Who did I call? That's right, Mitch and team were more than up to the task. As is their custom, the folks at Bill Jacobs provided me with a fabulous surrogate to use while they operated on my guy. And, when he was ready, I couldn't believe how baby-fresh clean and shiny Forrest was when I picked him up. Seems the Docs at Bill Jacobs had taken a special liking to my ole' guy, adding an extra bit of elbow grease to make both his outside and his inside look like a newborn. One thing is for sure; Mini's like to be cared for in special ways and with specific components. Mitch and team know all about that and continue to work hard to keep my baby happy. More
