I took my mini Cooper into Bill Jacobs to get it serviced for an oil change and the air conditioner, they were very very busy. I really like this dealership, in particular, the solid men who have assisted me so far. In January I posted about Nick and how helpful he was and, therefore, wanted to see him yesterday. Nick was with a client so I had the pleasure of working with Mitch. Mitch was very also very personable and helpful. I never get the sense That I am being forced to buy something or that they are trying to force a sale. While I do know that they are in the business of selling, they also know that good customer service is all about relationship. Mitch and Nick are very authentic.
