I think I simply just got unlucky with my car and the problems that have occured due to the care of the car from the prior owner, but Mitch has always understood and has helped make the experience worth the time. My car is now running like a champ and its because I am very diligent about my own car and want it to be in as nicest shape as possible. This dealerships customer service and service in general is par to none with my experience. I have had some really negative experiences with customer service at other dealerships and that truly ruins a dealership to me. Additionally the drivers for Bill Jacobs Mini are also super nice and friendly. It has always been a breaze when I have needed a loaner car while the dealership has had my car in for service. More
