Bill Jacobs BMW and my service advisor Jeff H. again went the extra mile. My X5 was rear ended and in the repair shop for over 5 months. I was now over due for service and was able to get in to again went the extra mile. My X5 was rear ended and in the repair shop for over 5 months. I was now over due for service and was able to get in to Bill Jacobs right away after getting my car back. We were able to put the vehicle up on a lift and examine the repair work completed with a maintenance supervisor. This was very helpful and provided confidence that the repairs were done well.
