My experience at Bill Jacobs BMW was absolutely great everything from the first inquire I sent out through autotrader I was contacted by Bill Earnest within a couple minutes. Mr. Earnest was more than happy to help me out and make sure I was going to be pleased with the bmw I was interested in. Bill also set up my transportation to the dealership once I landed at the airport. There was a very respectful staff member already waiting for me once I walked out the airport. Everything went awesome and I couldn’t be more happy with my car. Great staff, great environment, and lots of positive energy there.
