Even though he had come in on his day off (to accommodate my schedule!), he didn't try to rush me, patiently took the time to go through all of my questions/concerns, and was honest and transparent with me. He was so helpful in offering his professional opinion that he really eased the process of making such a big decision. Just this past week I reached out to him with some questions regarding some work needed on my car and to my surprise he remembered me after 2 whole years! He referred me to Alex Flinn for my service needs who was incredibly professional, informative, and personable. I had been told by a different BMW dealership of all the service that I should perform on my car and Alex explained which work was too early to get done and which work I should prioritize. I truly appreciated his honesty, expertise, and resourcefulness. He was extremely knowledgable of my warranties and the needs of my car. I can't imagine getting my service done with anyone else after this. Amazing experience with Bill Earnest, Mike Alder, Aldi and Nic! My Dad referred me to Bill the second he knew I was interested in a BMW. After a test drive with my wife, Bill addressed every question/concern we had. When we decided to move forward, Bill and his entire team took action, making the entire process seamless. While a lot of work was going on behind the scenes, Nic helped teach me the ins and outs of the car platform. That 30-40 minutes Nic spent with me was invaluable. Meanwhile, Mike was helping to sort through a rebate and making sure that titling for my business and financing were in order.
