I brought my girlfriends car to the service department to help with some electrical problems after IDA. We did everything possible to fix the problems but eventually we needed help from a dealership. I stopp help with some electrical problems after IDA. We did everything possible to fix the problems but eventually we needed help from a dealership. I stopped in to ask questions and was introduced to Mark in service. He answered all my questions and gained my trust. I gave him a cap on the amount I was willing to spend and dropped her car off later that evening. The next day around 5pm I got a call from Mark and he explained the car hadn’t been looked at yet but was in rotation for the next day. I was in shock. Mark was outstanding in his communication and professionalism with me. I was impressed and very satisfied from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to return for service if I ever need it again.
