Even though I’m disappointed in the quality of my 2019 Silverado due to continuing transmission problems that GM refuses to admit to or develop a permanent fix for I don’t blame Hood Chevrolet. I’ve been having my car serviced here since I got it. I needed an air filter and wipers. After leaving out I noticed it was driving rough and had a shake to it.
