The time it takes to service a car is the longest be encountered. Even with appts the schedule is overbooked and technicians aren’t ready or available. We scheduled an appointment for a couple of things. The day of the appointment, I received a call saying they couldn't complete service and wanted the car for 3-4 days. Maybe do some work and verify what the warranty company does or needs to submit payment?... Won't be coming back for any work. More
