Brought my Yukon in for repair. Disappointed that our vehicle came in for a scheduled appoinment for a check engine light staying on. Vehicle was never looked at by day two. Service Advisor suggested at this point that "Most owners ren appoinment for a check engine light staying on. Vehicle was never looked at by day two. Service Advisor suggested at this point that "Most owners rent a car while waiting for service ." We were never told this prior to dropping off the vehicle. We picked up our vehicle and went to another shop; diagnosed and repaired within 1 day. Clearly they should tell Customers if they are overbooked or short staffed. More
