Overall it was a good experience. My only hesitation in giving 5 stars is that when they vacuumed my car they only did the front of the car. I went into ask and that was policy. Excellent transaction except the extended warranty cost could have been explained a little more accurately. It went from $1 per some period of time to $2500 on the final purchase contract.
