Service after the sale I bought an Escape from Steve McCauley at this dealership and had a great experience. This week I had a windshield damaged due to a road hazard. I called my salesman, Steve McCauley and he came, looked at it. He gave me instructions so it would not be damaged further and got me into service quickly. Service was great also. I was in and out within an hour. My salesman, Steve, just called to see if I was happy with the repair. Top notch visit. More

However, Mike went above and beyond and found a truck for us that was in our budget, fit our needs and we absolutely love the truck we traded for!!! Mike Parham was the best salesman I think I have ever dealt with, he was very friendly and very professional, we joked and cut up and he treated us like friends and not just a stranger. Then we talked to Mike Balkas in fiancé and that was just as good an experience, very friendly with talking like old friends and not just another person off the street. More
