Exceeds all exectations I had been searching for a replacement for my 2003 F150 for a few months and another dealership had found one that I thought was the one I wanted. I I had been searching for a replacement for my 2003 F150 for a few months and another dealership had found one that I thought was the one I wanted. I stopped by Bill Estes Ford just to kill time until my appointment to go and purchase it. It was cold and rainy so I just drove thru the lot looking at the used F150's when I spotted a 2016 F150 XLT Sport Supercab. I got out and looked at the sticker and was very pleased to see it had everything I was searching for, only 6700 miles and the right color. I walked into the showroom and was greeted by Matt Westenkirchner. He looked up the price and again I was very happy. It was less then the one I was going to buy and 15000 miles newer. Matt grabbed the keys and we went for a test drive in the rain. Matt explained all the features of the truck and confirmed that this F150 was a Certified Vehicle which is important to me confirming that this truck had been checked and serviced and was in perfect condition so I wouldn't have to worry about something unseen popping up after the purchase. After the test drive Matt and I sat down and he answered every question I had about the truck. His knowledge about Ford F150"s is amazing. He knew more about them than I did, and I've been driving Ford's for over 45 years. We came to an agreement on price and financing and I put down a down payment until I could return on Friday to complete the purchase. I returned on Friday and was greeted by Matt who introduced me to Mike Balkas the Business Manager. Mike explained all the details of the finance paperwork and my purchase was complete in short order. Matt had switched over my license plate while I was talking with Mike and I was ready to roll out. Just before I left I noticed a small paint chip that I didn't see originally because of the rain. I asked Matt if the parts department had touch up paint available. Since it has an all aluminum body I wasn't worried about rust, but I did want it to be touched up to prevent a blister. Matt took me inside to the parts department and they found the touch up paint in short order. I was going to pay for it but Matt just handed it to me and we walked back out to my truck. He shook my hand and thanked me for my business and said please drop by and say hello when I get a chance. Now this is not the closest Ford dealership to my home, but this was one of the easiest truck buying experience I have ever had. Matt, Mike and the rest of the team were just a pleasure to do business with. I am going to bring my truck back to Bill Estes Ford for all the scheduled services.
