I went to another area Ford dealership with my maintenance issue. I was told the first open appointment time was 2 weeks out. I contacted Estes Ford and I was told to bring my vehicle in immediate maintenance issue. I was told the first open appointment time was 2 weeks out. The problem was diagnosed the same day and parts were ordered. 2 days later I was on the road again. 2 days is way better than 2 weeks. Estes Fordwill be my first contact for future work.
