Buying a camaro I had planned on buy a camaro, so having purchased my last vechile through Bill Estes and it was a great car, I went back. I jumped on the Bill Estes I had planned on buy a camaro, so having purchased my last vechile through Bill Estes and it was a great car, I went back. I jumped on the Bill Estes website, found a couple of cars I wanted too look at. I had some stuff pop up, while trying to go see the cars. I was treated by Brian, explained to him my time restraints and what I was looking for, while my phone is ringing off the hook. Brian was very courteous, and worked with me, and respected my time restraints. I had looked a a couple of very nice cars, but not exactly what I was looking for, so I was heading home. While heading home the transmission went out on my work truck. I called Brian back on his cell phone, too tell him I needed to change gears and the camaro is on hold, I needed a work truck. So I went in the next day and looked at what the dealership had, Very quickly found a replacement that had been traded in, on the test drive a brake issue was noticed, so the vechile was taken to the service department. I went in the next day the truck wasn't quite ready, the techs had found some other issues and were fixing them as well, I was given a very nice Loaner truck so I could still work while my vechile was being finished up. I was able to complete my work, I got a good deal on a nice work truck,and all done very quickly, so thank you Brian and Bill Estes for all your hard work. More

Well, I decided to go take a sneak peek at it on Sunday, however, I couldn’t find it. After talking with Steve again on Monday morning, we both realize the car was moved to thier Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge lot. After some more conversation, I did end up coming out to the dealership to see the car. Steve went to go get it and bring it back to his lot. Not only did Steve bring the car back to his lot, but we also went back to the Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge lot to compare all my options. Steve was so helpful and patient through my buying process, and he really seemed to be on my side it to get the most for my money. I will be returning! More

I spoke with Michael Starnes who told me the car was no longer available. He asked me several questions to find out exactly what we were looking for. He called me back later with other options. My husband and I came in, looked over this 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander, took it for a test drive and decided the following day that this would be a great first car for our son. The price was a little more than we wanted to pay, but Michael was able to work with us to get the price down significantly. We had a great experience with Michael, Greg (finance) and Bill Estes Ford! More
