Poor and Insutling Post Sale Communications I traded in a vehicle. I originally reached out online, setup an appointment and was told that the vehicle would be ready and pulled up when I get th I traded in a vehicle. I originally reached out online, setup an appointment and was told that the vehicle would be ready and pulled up when I get there. It wasn't... and when the salesperson pulled it up, it looked like it had been sitting under a tree covered with tree debris, etc. I asked the salesperson to wash it and then we did a test drive and eventually I did make the purchase. The sales process was about what you'd expect from a larger box store dealership (didn't experience what they call Estes Earns It). Well, maybe I did experience it, but it came post sale. Apparently when they ran the deal through the finance department, they forgot to run my debit card for the down payment. They then reached out to me and I was in continued communication to arrange for payment. I guess "ESTES EARNS IT" came when I was insulted/offended by both my salesperson as well as their finance manager leaving me messages that they were going to turn me over to collections. REALLY? Sorry, it isn't like we hadn't been in communications about it. Anyway, one and done with Bill Estes Ford for me (considering I live in Fishers and it wasn't convenient for me to travel out there anyway). More
