We even test drove the car to our satisfaction. They made it so easy all the way through the process. Great Salesman but problems with financing. Matt West helped us find the car we were searching for. Everything went fine until we got to financing. To our surprise they agreed to take a $16,000 personal check as the downpayment and promised to "hold the check" until we moved funds to cover it. Apparently that promise wasn't included with the paperwork and I found myself overdrawn and locked out of my bank account. They did apologize and agree to cover bank fees or provide vehicle service but this wasn't a good experience. More
