Unreliable sales After researching and finding a unique F-150 of interest in inventory, i called to confirm availability of the vehicle and inquire deeply. Despite my After researching and finding a unique F-150 of interest in inventory, i called to confirm availability of the vehicle and inquire deeply. Despite my ability to commit to an exact time, Sales assured availability of the vehicle for the next day. Contact info was given so I could call while enroute and I was assured the truck would be pulled up and warmed up when I arrived. I called ahead and left a message on Sales vm. Not only was the truck not warmed up upon my arrival, after waiting in the entry way for an awkward 15 min or so, I was told it was not even available for test drive. Bill Estes Management had driven the truck home for "demo" purposes and it could not be provided within 15 min for a test drive or purchase. I was pre-approved and ready to sign the papers if the truck worked. Guess they didn't want to sell me a truck, take my money and I didn't matter after all. why did I even bother arranging ahead if they were not good to their word. More
