Worst Dealership I have EVER experienced. My husband and I had the most terrible experience in working with Bill Estes Ford. I honestly have never had such poor customer service from a Ford dealership in my life. My grandfather is retired from Ford Motor Company, and therefore my entire family is very supportive of the brand and the vehicles they produce. Our entire experience was awful from start to finish. It started with a low-ball offer on our trade in, followed by a TWO WEEK sourcing process to find the vehicle by husband wanted, (1 of which we put a down payment on only to find out they "lost" it) and then tried to get us to purchase a vehicle without all of the features we originally requested. Then, when it came time to purchase, our salesman failed to mention all of the documentation that was needed for the process and then attempted to place blame on us (appalling in my opinion considering we are NOT supposed to be the experts here in car buying). Ultimately, we asked to speak to the manager about our poor experience and instead of amending the situation and being apologetic he decided to inform us that "he has more bad news." The manager proceeded to explain that we wouldn't be getting the original rebates offered when we put down our down payment because it was two weeks ago and no longer being offered. No apology, no explanation as to why the service was so awful, nothing but "more bad news." As if, somehow, their TERRIBLE customer service, lack of competence, inability to source the correct vehicle, and general knowledge of how the car buying experience SHOULD be - was our fault. We were incredibly disappointed with the service, and truly appalled by the behaviors by the staff we worked with at Bill Estes Ford. I would highly recommend choosing any other Ford dealership to purchase your vehicle from. More

Very good experience surprisingly! I hate going to a dealership due to the push to run your credit and get you into a payment without knowing exactly what all you are actually paying fo I hate going to a dealership due to the push to run your credit and get you into a payment without knowing exactly what all you are actually paying for! But I knew what I could afford and what my bank would give me and they worked with that number to get me into the vehicle of my dreams!! Great experience We went in expecting the world and were willing to walk away. After spending the evening from 5:30-9:30 we drove off with my fiancé’s dream vehicle. Mike asked if I'd bee What a pleasure working with Mike! Yesterday at 11:00am I walked into the dealership as I had an hour to kill before lunch. Mike asked if I'd been helped yet and I said no. So I asked if he had any 2018 F-150's left in inventory and told him I only had 30 minutes before my appointment. He dropped what he was doing and showed me the 2 units they had left. He even had the truck pulled into the service bay because it was only 20 degrees outside. Luckily the truck had the tow package I needed and Mike quickly reviewed the incentive options in place. Problem was I was out of time and I had a trade in they needed to see. Mike asked when I could be back and offered to stay late. Returning at 4:00pm Mike (and team) worked with me and my trade in to get the deal done and earn my business. And at 6:00pm I left with my new truck! I'm not a car guy and honestly do not like purchasing vehicles. Mike made the experience very enjoyable and more importantly for me......quick & easy! More

Comeback Deal Our visit to the dealership had not gone to bad. We had our 2 kids with us on both occasions. They were all very kind. When I couldn’t get the Truck I initial was gonna get or a Suv that was way to expensive for me Joel and his Manager came up with a Vehicle that seemed to fit our budget and family more with nearly all the same features we were looking for!
