After going to a total of 8 different dealerships in two days, thank the stars above our last and My husband and I decided we wanted to buy a truck. After going to a total of 8 different dealerships in two days, thank the stars above our last and now our only dealership to buy a vehicle is from Bill Estes Ford and our sales person was and will be Mitchel Dotson. As we all know buying a vehicle can be stressful especially if you get a salesperson who doesn’t listen, who only wants to make a sale, doesn’t care about what the customer wants and who doesn’t know their product. We absolutely are thrilled to have met and worked with Mitchel Dotson. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, respectful, professional and a wonderful person. Thank you for a great buying experience and for our new badass truck. We love it. More

Classic bait and switch Very disappointed in the customer service. We were roped in by the lady on the phone, made an appointment with one person then immediately handed off Very disappointed in the customer service. Their online trade-in quote was no where near the actual "quoted" amount. Best part is after we told them we were not interested & walked away. We recieved a denial letter weeks later. Funny when that they had approved us for a brand new vehicle while we were there. Shady business there!! More

The GREATEST car buying experience I have ever had! Mitch is the most AMAZING sales person I have ever met. He took his time to listen to everything I had to say and found a better car then what I was l Mitch is the most AMAZING sales person I have ever met. He took his time to listen to everything I had to say and found a better car then what I was looking at on the website. He genuinely cared about me and explained everything throughly before we went for a test drive .After the test drive he worked with Greg and they found me the best payment and then it ended up being cheaper because they didn't stop with that one payment . I would recommend everyone I know to see Mitch at Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg. They made this a great experience instead of a nightmare. Last time to set foot in this dealership I don't know where to start. I have never seen poorer customer service. I purchases a new Ford Fusion here in 2014 and a new F150 here in 2015. N I don't know where to start. I have never seen poorer customer service. I purchases a new Ford Fusion here in 2014 and a new F150 here in 2015. Nothing but horrible issues when getting them serviced. My last (today) issue involves a recall on the door lock freezing. Any idiot can see on face book that this is a very quick and easy fix. However; I was told in MIGHT take all day if there were issues. I dropped off the truck the night before the scheduled service to insure that they had all day for the fix. I called yesterday (the next day) to ask as to the status. I was told that the technician was working on it, but had encountered issues as everything had to be rebuilt! Now, all they did was to replace two cables and add two shrouds to protect moisture from entering the mechanism. No rebuild required. I called today at 11:00 AM to inquire as to the progress. the receptionist said she would connect me to the person in charge. She came back on to tell me that she would have to call me back, as they had another INCOMING CALL!! Moments later the service department called me and told me that the truck would be done after noon. I told him this was xx, to which he responded this is not xx, have a good day and hung up on me. AS I have had several similar instances (too many for me to list in this xxxxx session). I will give you only one more. My visit previous to this one, I took my car in to have a low tire inflated. I was told it would be taken back and done on the spot. Over an hour later my car was brought around, and I was told that I needed a new tire as the belt in the side wall had broken. Anyone with any auto knowledge at all knows that the dimple in the tire is merely a manufacturing flaw. i was told that I may as well buy 4 new tires. Needless to say I did not. Final statement. Since I have experienced so many issues with this organization, I only took my vehicles there for Warranty issues. Any other service required goes to Big O tires. No more, I will drive the extra 20 -30 miles to a different dealer for warranty issues. I will never step foot in this dealership again either for service or to purchase a new vehicle. More
