Over all I was very pleased with Rick McIntyre, at Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg. The transaction went smoothly. There was an issue with the vehicle I was purchasing where it needed to be in the shop over Estes Ford in Brownsburg. The transaction went smoothly. There was an issue with the vehicle I was purchasing where it needed to be in the shop over the weekend. They told me I could pick it up on Monday. I hadn't heard anything from them by the afternoon so I had to call them. That is the only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating. Rick McIntyre made up for it by coming in on his day off on Tuesday and made sure all was in order so I could get my car! That was very impressive to me! Thank you Rick and all who made my car buying experience a good one!! 👍 More

Steve Angle was the best salesperson! I had been looking at a Toyota Highlander and Steve helped me choose a 2022 Explorer. I love it! I was very pleased with Rick McIntyre as our sales person. He was honest, friendly and helpful. I really began to trust Rick when he called me to let me know the car I wanted to see was delayed in a person. He was honest, friendly and helpful. I really began to trust Rick when he called me to let me know the car I wanted to see was delayed in arriving and that I could come later than our appointed time. His honesty allowed me to not be sitting at the dealership just waiting on the car. His call was much appreciated and led me to want to work with him. Rick also allowed me to drive the vehicle to my mother so she could see it instead of having to bring her to the dealership. This was helpful as she cannot walk well. I would rate Rick as a 5 star salesman. We like the Jeep we purchased and are very happy with it. Greg Moore More
The service department at Bill Estes Ford is NOT helpful! I had issues with my 2016 Ford Focus stalling out as if it were out of gas. After researching, I discovered there had been a recall for the canister I had issues with my 2016 Ford Focus stalling out as if it were out of gas. After researching, I discovered there had been a recall for the canister purge valve which, once replaced, should have taken care of the issue. Not only did they not have the part in stock (even though we made the appointment two weeks in advance), the stalling out continues to happen. We were without the vehicle over a weekend that we were traveling and were not provided with a loaner. After multiple calls that were disconnected and leaving a message that was never returned, I've been told there is no more they can do to fix it. When I told them I would find a different dealership to help me, the service department quickly said they would discuss with the service manager how to help me and call me back. That was 4 days ago. I still have not heard from anyone. The service advisor with whom we worked was rude and lacked professionalism, yelling at other service attendants in the presence of customers and speaking to me (a woman) with very little respect. I also own a Ford Escape and have had trouble with it as well. I will never own another Ford vehicle, nor will I be requesting service from this dealership. I would highly recommend looking into a GM dealer if you are in search of a new car or needing service. More
I came in wanting to maybe trade in my superduty because of how the market is currently. Patrick, Mitch and Zach were so nice and very helpful to me. Patrick took his time and gave me a great offer that mad of how the market is currently. Patrick, Mitch and Zach were so nice and very helpful to me. Patrick took his time and gave me a great offer that made me think for a while. Zach and Mitch talked me through numbers on different trade in cars and showed me several options of what I could get into that would be a good car for me. Those 3 really solidified my decision to only use bill estes ford from now on! Thank you! More
I am writing this review to let everyone know about the experience I have had with Bill Estes Ford. I traveled from Maryland to Indiana to purchase a vehicle. This is not the first vehicle I have purchased experience I have had with Bill Estes Ford. I traveled from Maryland to Indiana to purchase a vehicle. This is not the first vehicle I have purchased out of state. Let me preface this with saying my sales person Michael Starnes, was more than accommodating, kept me informed on the details of the vehicle I was looking to purchase, and made the buying process itself a breeze. The problems began after purchase. Noticed numerous mechanical issues with the vehicle I purchased. Now I do understand buying a vehicle with 100k miles will come with some smaller issues here and there. But I purchased a “certified preowned” vehicle, that came with a Blue certified warranty, so I was put at ease having that. Upon taking the vehicle in for service, they found numerous mechanical concerns. Submitted to the warranty provided to me at sale, and the claim was denied, due to the fact that the dealer should have repaired these things prior to sale. The items needing repairs were also things that are supposed to be checked under their “certified preowned” inspection. I personally spoke with the warranty company, and they stated the repairs needed were things the dealer should have repaired prior to sale. I contacted the dealer, spoke with their management team, and they were not willing to assist with any cost of the repairs needed, that I should have never been responsible for to begin with. So $3,000 in repairs had to be paid by me within the first 30 days of ownership. All while this is being done, I am waiting for my tags to come in. After speaking with the title clerk after waiting several weeks, we agreed to send me the title packet so I can go to my local MVA and register my truck. Title packet received, and it is missing multiple pieces of information, a check for the taxes I was charged, etc. Sent the packet back to the dealer, and awaited confirmation. All while this is being done, my temp tag is now expired. After waiting several more weeks, I Finally receive confirmation from my MVA that my paperwork has been received, and I can get my tags. Go to get my tags, and find out the dealer did not send the MVA the check for the MD state taxes I was charged for, so I either had to wait for a check to be sent, or pay the taxes at the MVA. ended up paying the taxes at the MVA ($2,800) and awaited a refund check from the dealer. The entire ownership of this truck has been a monumental headache, and the dealer has done absolutely nothing to remedy it. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealer at all. From someone who works in the customer service industry, the way this has been handled by the dealer has been poor at best. More
