Great customer experience! I have a 2018 Ford explorer that the power train light came on while in route to the Indianapolis Airport on May 5, 2018. I had this issue before I le I have a 2018 Ford explorer that the power train light came on while in route to the Indianapolis Airport on May 5, 2018. I had this issue before I left Illinois at my original dealer and was told no worries it was repaired. I limped the car to a local hotel in Indy and called roadside service to come and take it to Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg. The next day I called Ali Ahmed and informed him what was going on with it. He told me not to worry that they would take care of everything. Ali and his staff utilized their experience and expertise to solve the issue. Not only did they solve it but kept it a few days and test drove it daily to insure the issue was rectified(something my dealer in Illinois should have done). Ali even went above and beyond by returning the car to the hotel that it was picked up at so I may have it when I returned to Indianapolis on May 13. Those guys are fantastic. If I lived around the Indy area I would be taking my Ford cars there for service. They truly know what GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE is all about. Jeff Rambole More
