Knowing this, I shopped my "trade in" to a couple of dealerships (for an appraisal). Bill Estes FORD valued my trade $2000 more than the competing dealership. I was more than pleased with the staff at Bill Estes, my salesman Andrew Dubiel, the appraisal by Patrick, and the final financing with Matt Westenkirchner. There are other choices within Hendricks County for a new Ford and I've made a few new cars purchases from the other over the years, this is now my second from Estes. The process was simple and easy. Signing the papers was such a better experience at this dealer. Between 2 visits (an appraisal and the purchase) I spent about an hour and a half. Awesome Experience!! Went to test drive and possibly buy a used Escape. Mike Parham tried his best to get the payment I needed but no luck. I was confused why he would suggest that when on a used one we wasn't able to get the payment I wanted. Well the banks picked it up immediately and I was still able to get GAP and Extended Warranty with the payment I wanted. I drove out with a brand new car!!!
