I had the intention to "look" at two SUV's (knowing the experience I had been through with the other dealerships, I was a little apprehensive to talk to anyone). I was immediately was greeted by Andrew Dubiel and he or immeadlity put my aperinsion to rest. He understood that I was looking and did not apply any pressure at all. As the process continued I noticed a great team atmosphere at Bill Estes Ford. Andrew's colleague Steve Angle imeadlity jumped in and answered all my questions when Andrew was called away. What a team atmosphere! The customer comes first at Bill Estes Ford is the distinct feeling I was experiencing. I bought a 2017 Ford Expedition Limited.
