Frustrating We have a 2011 Ford Edge purchased sued form Any Mohr 2012. Have had serviced at Bill Estes multiple times. Brake pedal just went to the floor and h We have a 2011 Ford Edge purchased sued form Any Mohr 2012. Have had serviced at Bill Estes multiple times. Brake pedal just went to the floor and had to push hard to get stopped. Arrive at dealer on a Friday at around 12:00pm. Called dealer on Monday to see if they had gotten to it. Continually called till I had a service rep call me back around 12:30. Ali. They finally got to look at it around 1:30pm. Problem they found was a brake booster that had been recalled in 2013. We have never received notice for this nor did the dealer let us know on our multiple visits to their facility. The they repaired per recall. Picked up around 4:45pm. Got car home and the brakes basically had the same challenge. Did not appear they took for a test run. Took back the next morning they reattached lines. Car does brake, but differently. It now makes a noise as well. Not a good experience.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
