We scheduled the repair knowing it would take a few days to complete. Ali continually communicated the status of the repair, the status of parts and when the truck would be ready. While they had the truck, Donna made sure I had a vehicle and was properly taken care of throughout the process. The service team made sure I knew what was happening and it made feel comfortable that the repair was done perfectly and that I can always count on them when issues arise.
