My wife and I traded in our 2007 Edge and purchased a new 2010 Escape over the weekend. As part of the deal, we asked the dealership if they could do a pass through deal on our Edge in order to allow my wife 2010 Escape over the weekend. As part of the deal, we asked the dealership if they could do a pass through deal on our Edge in order to allow my wife's mother to purchase. On Monday when she went to the dealership, our former Edge was cleaned up and ready to go. They worked thru the deal in order to trade in her Focus, provide her a better rate and get her all set up in a newer vehicle at a lower cost per month. At the end of the day, it was a win for everybody involved. I cannot say how much I appreciate the effort and professionalism of the entire staff. More
