This was our first experience with Bill Estes Ford and it was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly. Chris Elder was very helpful and kind in making our experience great. Salesman was courteous and helpful from beginning. He answered all my questions and those he did not have an answer for ...he admitted it and went to get answers.
