I went to Bill Estes Ford on 4/6/10 needing to trade the piece of junk car that Andy Morh Chevrolet in Plainfield stuck me with. I did know that I was interested in a small truck of some type so he showed me a Chevy S10 that he had taken in on a trade. I immediately loved it but was worried I couldn't afford it. Brian worked all day with his sales manager to get me approved for exactly what I told him I wanted my monthly payment and loan term to be. Again, the sales manager that also assisted me along with Brian was extremely nice, polite and very helpful. It was a quick, easy, and enjoyable experience buying from this dealership. I hope I don't have to buy another vehicle for a very long time but when I do I will return to Bill Estes. I will also recommend them to everyone I know! More

His offer was $100 over dealer invoice (this checked out as correct according to Edmunds estimate of dealer cost) and I found no hint of him not telling the truth or trying to play games with me. He said to be here at 4:00 p.m and he would have it pulled up at the front. I asked "I am not driving out of my way if I don't pull that 2005 Ford F- 150 extended cab. White it was very sharp. He said "No problem, I will get the deal you need and you will be driving it off the lot." All of Bill Estes employees treated us with respect and that is why I would say.
