My girlfriend and I were interested in buying a truck. I got on-line one day around 1:00 p.m and found my truck on Bill Estes website. He said to be here at 4:00 p.m and he would have it pulled up at the front. I asked "I am not driving out of my way if I don't pull that 2005 Ford F- 150 extended cab. White it was very sharp. He said "No problem, I will get the deal you need and you will be driving it off the lot." All of Bill Estes employees treated us with respect and that is why I would say. The decision to buy was ours but Chris had great imput and understood our needs and didn't try push for more, that I appreciate.
