I had a great experience at the Bill Estes Ford dealership in Brownsburg. I didn't know anyone there, but I drove by it one day and decided to look at the Ford Escapes in their lot. They were very friendly and honest with showing me the new Ford Escapes. My sales person was Mike Parham. I also went to Andy Mohr Ford in Plainfield and had a bad experience with them. Andy Mohr's sales team were very pushy and I had several team members come up to me after I test drove an Escape and were very pushy and high pressured. I had four people from their staff come over and talk to me about buying an Escape that day. They told me that I would be crazy not to buy an Escape that day. I told them that I had to meet with my finance person first to decide if I could afford a new Escape. They kept pushing me to buy one that day. I knew then, that I would not use their dealership and that I wanted to buy an Escape from Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg, not them. I talked to my finance person and he told me that I could afford one. I then preceeded and bought an Escape from Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg. I found their staff to be highly professional, honest, friendly, and best of all not pushy or high pressured. This was my first experience with Bill Estes Ford Brownsburg and it will not be my last. They are not a perfect dealership and have a few tiny things to improve on, but overall they were great. More
