We bought a used car from Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg, Indiana, May 14. The Sales Rep was Chris Elder. The transaction started when we contacted the dealership via their website. We had named the stock numbers of several possible cars and were contacted by Chris to set up an appointment to see the cars. Everything was in order when we arrived and Chris surprised us with a car suggestion of his own. Within a half-hour we had test driven two cars, looked at a couple of others and discussed options with Chris, who was extremely helpful all the way. Out ultimate choice was a 2003 Dodge Intrepid, which had just been received as a trade-in and had not been cleaned up. When we said we'd be happy to come back in a day or two to get the car, Chris insisted that they immediately clean the car up for us. A very pleasant surprise. All in all a very pleasant experience and all done in about an hour's time! More

They had the best and most ratings out of all the other dealerships. I like in downtown indy, so i actually had to drive farther to get to Bill Estes Ford.It was definitely worth the drive. Everyone I worked with there was great! I was in a bit of a bind and needed the new car asap. I was able to show up and drive away in my new Ford Escape in no time at all. They made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle, the price, my trade in value and my financing. They were even able to get me a better interest rate than the one I had previously gotten from another dealer and my bank. My new vehicle came with a lot of cool features and they took the time to walk me through all of them so I would know how to use everything it had to offer. Much appreciated! I had a great experience at the Bill Estes Ford dealership in Brownsburg. I didn't know anyone there, but I drove by it one day and decided to look at the Ford Escapes in their lot. They were very friendly and honest with showing me the new Ford Escapes. My sales person was Mike Parham. I also went to Andy Mohr Ford in Plainfield and had a bad experience with them. Andy Mohr's sales team were very pushy and I had several team members come up to me after I test drove an Escape and were very pushy and high pressured. I had four people from their staff come over and talk to me about buying an Escape that day. They told me that I would be crazy not to buy an Escape that day. I told them that I had to meet with my finance person first to decide if I could afford a new Escape. They kept pushing me to buy one that day. I knew then, that I would not use their dealership and that I wanted to buy an Escape from Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg, not them. I talked to my finance person and he told me that I could afford one. I then preceeded and bought an Escape from Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg. I found their staff to be highly professional, honest, friendly, and best of all not pushy or high pressured. This was my first experience with Bill Estes Ford Brownsburg and it will not be my last. They are not a perfect dealership and have a few tiny things to improve on, but overall they were great. More
