We bought a used car from Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg, Indiana, May 14. The Sales Rep was Chris Elder. The transaction started when we contacted the dealership via their website. We had named the stock numbers of several possible cars and were contacted by Chris to set up an appointment to see the cars. Everything was in order when we arrived and Chris surprised us with a car suggestion of his own. Within a half-hour we had test driven two cars, looked at a couple of others and discussed options with Chris, who was extremely helpful all the way. Out ultimate choice was a 2003 Dodge Intrepid, which had just been received as a trade-in and had not been cleaned up. When we said we'd be happy to come back in a day or two to get the car, Chris insisted that they immediately clean the car up for us. A very pleasant surprise. All in all a very pleasant experience and all done in about an hour's time! More

I'm a first time buyer... with lots of questions! I had been looking for a new vehicle for months. I had also been to several other dealerships before making my way to Bill Estes Ford. They had the best and most ratings out of all the other dealerships. I like in downtown indy, so i actually had to drive farther to get to Bill Estes Ford.It was definitely worth the drive. Everyone I worked with there was great! I was in a bit of a bind and needed the new car asap. I was able to show up and drive away in my new Ford Escape in no time at all. They made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle, the price, my trade in value and my financing. They were even able to get me a better interest rate than the one I had previously gotten from another dealer and my bank. My new vehicle came with a lot of cool features and they took the time to walk me through all of them so I would know how to use everything it had to offer. Much appreciated!
