We have never purchased a Ford before and my spouse and I are in our 60's. We were on our way to a GMC dealer and thought we would stop by Bill Estes Ford to check out the Ford Edge. After being shown the Ford Edge, we were shown the Ford Escape. We were able to compare this with the GMC Terrain. Two major things lead us to purchase our Ford Escape, from Bill Estes, were: One. The availability of the vehicles to purchase. Two. Sales representative, Darryl Humbracht. On the issue of #1, we were impressed with not only the availability but the quality of the product. Issue #2, our sales rep, Darryl Humbracht, completely outsold his competitors on the product. This includes other Ford salesmen at other Ford dealers in the area. Darryl explained everything to us in a very thorough and informative manner. He was very enthusastic and passionate about the product he was selling. He never once talked to us in a condescending manner or misled us on any information regardng the product. If he could not answer one of our questions, he brought us someone who could, or looked it up for us. Because of this experience, my spouse and I would not hesitate to highly recommend a friend or relative to purchase a car from Darryl Humbracht. Not only were Bill Estes's cars readily available, they were clean, delivered quickly and we were given help in receiving the best financing available. Overall this was a most positive experience that we have had in purchasing an automobile. More

I had been looking for a Crew Cab Ford Truck for quite some time. Having been to several dealerships I had gotten a pretty good idea what I needed and what I could afford. Once I had made up my mind as to what I needed and wanted (they let me take the truck home to make sure it would fit into my garage), which was the deciding factor. I will tell anyone who asks me, or who I might know is looking for a vehicle that they should at least give Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg a try. Since I have been purchased my truck, the staff has treated me like a long time friend and has made me feel that they liked doing business with me and hope to see me often for service or any other needs that I have. I will definitely do business with them again. I have not had any service or work done yet by them but I am sure their service department is just as freindly and capable as the rest of the staff. I was very pleased with the salesman's help over the enternet and in person. He was at now time pushy, only very helpful. I had visited and even went as far as to get a quote and offer for my existing auto from another Ford dealer, but was pleased at the attention and mannor that this dealer had give to my husband {on an earlier inquiry via the enternet} and me via the internet and in person. The salesman "Mike Parham" never felt that I was being to pushy or over bearing when I had came in with 3+ months of information that I had researched on the details of the auto I was wanting and how I wanted it. He was very patient, even when it took over 1.5 hour for us to locate the exact match to my request. They we're very helpful in getting my auto from another dealer a state away and keeping the cost to a min. I went in on a Tuesday and received my dream car: "2010 Ford Flex SEL-AWD Cinnamon Red color with med-light stone cloth seats". OK, I have to admit I did have to change one of my requirements for this auto...the interior color. After searching for over 1.5 hr and 3,978 dealers country wide, but the salesman never forced me to make this decession hastly or quick; it was fully up to me! And I only did so, because I could not wait the 12+ weeks it would have taken me to wait for an ORDER Flex. Thank you Mike for being so patient in our search for the auto that I had waited for so long for!!! More
