I bought my first car from Bill Estes Ford in 2004, a year after I graduated high school, a 1992 Ford Taurus. I returned to the dealership and they were just as helpful as before, if not moreso, and although I had purchased a car before, since it was a big purchase I was somewhat nervous about making sure I ended up with the best car for me. The staff was incredible helping me explore my options and making sure that I got the car that I wanted (this time a 2007 Fusion) that would fit in my price range. They gave me a considerable trade in value for the old Taurus, made the entire process very smooth, and answered all my many, many questions happily. After searching a 1,200 mile radius for a truck that met my criteria, Darryl said, "Figure out what you want, and we'll just order it." I had never ordered a new car before, and was worried about the impact it might have on pricing. We were able to negotiate a reasonable price, contingent on the availability of acceptable financing options at time of delivery. Honestly, the hardest part of the whole process was deciding which color to choose! Throughout the process Darryl was patient and helpful. He responded to e-mails within a few hours, and kept me posted on the truck's arrival date. I purchased a Ford Escape from this dealership one week ago. I was very pleased with the sales staff (Mike Parham ) who seemed to really listen to me , as to what type of vehicle that I wanted- since I w ago. We found a 2004 Ford Ranger on the dealership's web site, test drove it and purchased it. The plus side of the experience; professional staff, easy paperwork, they repaired a faulty window tint, removed a s test drove it and purchased it. Since we live 45 min from the dealership(one way), they provided my husband with their shuttle service to bring him home from this return appointment. On the negative, it was a warm day, and the offer of a bottle of water would have been nice. The truck did not have floor mats, and when asked, Zac said none were available(did not offer to order them from Ford). We also asked about a front license plate bracket for the new truck,my husband is a retired Army Officer and has a decorative military plate on the front of his vehicle. Zac again told us none were available. We had to ask for the second key for the truck. We are pleased, so far with the vehicle, now to get our paperwork so that we may license it in the state of Indiana. More
