We found a 2004 Ford Ranger on the dealership's web site, test drove it and purchased it. Since we live 45 min from the dealership(one way), they provided my husband with their shuttle service to bring him home from this return appointment. On the negative, it was a warm day, and the offer of a bottle of water would have been nice. The truck did not have floor mats, and when asked, Zac said none were available(did not offer to order them from Ford). We also asked about a front license plate bracket for the new truck,my husband is a retired Army Officer and has a decorative military plate on the front of his vehicle. Zac again told us none were available. We had to ask for the second key for the truck. We are pleased, so far with the vehicle, now to get our paperwork so that we may license it in the state of Indiana. More

We have never purchased a Ford before and my spouse and I are in our 60's. We were on our way to a GMC dealer and thought we would stop by Bill Estes Ford to check out the Ford Edge. After being shown the Ford Edge, we were shown the Ford Escape. We were able to compare this with the GMC Terrain. Two major things lead us to purchase our Ford Escape, from Bill Estes, were: One. The availability of the vehicles to purchase. Two. Sales representative, Darryl Humbracht. On the issue of #1, we were impressed with not only the availability but the quality of the product. Issue #2, our sales rep, Darryl Humbracht, completely outsold his competitors on the product. This includes other Ford salesmen at other Ford dealers in the area. Darryl explained everything to us in a very thorough and informative manner. He was very enthusastic and passionate about the product he was selling. He never once talked to us in a condescending manner or misled us on any information regardng the product. If he could not answer one of our questions, he brought us someone who could, or looked it up for us. Because of this experience, my spouse and I would not hesitate to highly recommend a friend or relative to purchase a car from Darryl Humbracht. Not only were Bill Estes's cars readily available, they were clean, delivered quickly and we were given help in receiving the best financing available. I had been looking for a Crew Cab Ford Truck for quite some time. Having been to several dealerships I had gotten a pretty good idea what I needed and what I could afford. Once I had made up my mind as to what I needed and wanted (they let me take the truck home to make sure it would fit into my garage), which was the deciding factor. I will tell anyone who asks me, or who I might know is looking for a vehicle that they should at least give Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg a try. Since I have been purchased my truck, the staff has treated me like a long time friend and has made me feel that they liked doing business with me and hope to see me often for service or any other needs that I have. I will definitely do business with them again. I have not had any service or work done yet by them but I am sure their service department is just as freindly and capable as the rest of the staff.
