We feel program was not explained fully to us, in that we had to pay an extra finance charge two times a month to a third party source. Thankfully that third party was willing to let us opt out of the program, refunding our money in full, when we learned exactly what their role was (we thought we were simply paying our loan holder more frequently). Otherwise, experience was extremely positive. More

He was very knowledgable about the features on the trucks, even made a few other suggestions on vehicles once he knew what my intentions were. We went for a drive, I made my decision to buy.
