I LOATH car shopping! Had been looking for about 3 weeks at various models and were even internet shopping! Chris was the ONLY one who sent pleasant, thoughtful emails and truely seemed to listen to our ne at various models and were even internet shopping! Our Salesman, and the finance manager Greg Floyd went out of their way, stayed late, and got our deal done when they could have easily told us to come back tomorrow and finish up. He was never pushy, but also did not give up on us when we hesitated about closing the deal. Should we buy another vehicle, Bill Estes Ford will be the first choice for us, because the whole staff was friendly, helpful and very professional. Greg Floyd, the business manager also did a great job in procuring the very best financing that was available, and guiding us through all the paperwork, etc. Purchasing a car has never been one of our favorite experiences, but this was actually enjoyable--nice people! We shopped online for a vehicle and looked at a certain van that happened to be at Bill Estes Ford. Chris was knowledgable and patient as we worked through what the best model and type of car (new vs. used) was best for us. Overall, the process of selecting the car was really easy. Working with Greg Floyd in the financing department was also really pleasant. Greg was friendly and straight-forward in helping us decide what the best financing options were and did not pressure us into paying for things that we didn't need or want. Bill Estes will be the first place we go the next time we're in the market for a car. More
