We stopped in to deal on a Ford Escape because of the promotions heald by this dealership. We were treated realy good, even when we experienced an issue with the car we purchased. After spending hours waiting to be helped at other dealerships, I went to Bill Estes Ford and was greeted by Michael. I was interested in both the Fiesta and Focus. It was pretty close to closing time, but I was able to test drive both vehicles. After we got back, the finance dept worked with me to get a deal done. I was wanting to hear from toyota on what they were going to offer. Michael was very patient as I waited to hear from the toyota dealership. Two days later I called Michael back and was offered a very satisfying deal from ford that I took. I was very pleased with the level of service I received from this dealership, from Michael to the finance dept. I don't have the greatest credit history, but they took the time to find the best deal possible for me. This will be the first place I go to get my next vehicle. More
