After having a terrible experience at another dealership I decided to come to Bill Estes Ford. I called ahead to see if the car I found online was still available and came in for a test drive. Mike, my sa I decided to come to Bill Estes Ford. I called ahead to see if the car I found online was still available and came in for a test drive. Mike, my salesman was great, he explained all the details of the car before we took it for a drive. He worked to get me the monthly payments I wanted to have and he answered all my questions in ways that I could understand being a first time buyer. When I got to Zach we went over all the details of my credit score and each individual factor of the cost of my car. He explained all the Warranty options and even helped me decide which would be good for me based on my driving habits. While all the financial business was going on Mike was outside cleaning all the junk out of my old car and putting it in my new car. (And boy was there a lot) For that I am very thankful. My car was cleaned up and given a full tank of gas and I was ready to hit the road. It really was a phenomenal experience. More
