I visited the dealership this morning to begin what I anticipated would be my first stop of many. I was prepared for a multi-day, arduous process. I arrived early and walked in with a mother/daughter who, it turns out, had made an 11:00am appointment with Mr. Parham. I stated that I was happy to walk the lot and wait my turn as they were on time. Minutes later, Mr. Herrel introduced himself and said he would be happy to assist me as Mr. Parham did not want me to have to wait. After a parking lot conversation were Mr. Herrel patiently helped me narrow my somewhat general priorities, he led me to the Escapes. After several more minutes and questions, I named several specific features that were important to me. He then zeroed in on one specific vehicle that possessed everything we had been discussing.
