Our experience was great. I was OVER buying a car after being to several different dealerships in the area. Our salesperson Micheal showed us several cars and was very patient. ( the staff at Ray Skillman had talked/pressured my wife into buy a car, that she shouldn't have, it was a very bad transaction) so my wife needless to say did not want to through anything like that again, and was scared to talk to anyone. Chip, not only relaxed her, but took extra time to make sure she got the car she wanted, and understood each step of process. Brian Weddle worked very hard behind the scene, making sure everything ran smooth, very easy to talk to. I was impressed by the fact that he remembered my name the next time I saw him.
