This is our third purchase from Bill Estes Ford and are extremely satisfied with our new 2012 Ford Edge. If it wasn't for Brian Weddle we would not keep coming back to Brownsburg. I went to Bill Estes Ford not knowing what I wanted to buy. Right away Matt snapped into action showing me different vehicles that may be right for me. I told Matt my budget and he never once showed me anything more that what I thought I could afford!!!! He was so patient and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. I have bought several cars over the past 15 years and been to many dealerships, and I have NEVER had such wonderful experience as I did today. The management team was extremely helpful as well and gave me a more that fair price for my trade. The general manager even came out and introduced himself and talked for a while. Very personalized service! Even down to the financing manager! I truly felt as this dealership had my best interest at heart and didn't feel at all like I was at a car dealership. I visited Bill Estes Ford and met with Sales Rep Matt Westenkirchner. I was in search of a used car for my wife. After finding a vehicle I was interested in, we started the purchase process (which is nor Westenkirchner. I was in search of a used car for my wife. After finding a vehicle I was interested in, we started the purchase process (which is normally a negotiation nightmare). However; this was probably the smoothest vehicle purchase I have experienced. I have bought over 8 vehicles in the past twenty years from 4 different dealerships and so far Bill Estes was the easiest to work with. Purchasing a used vehicle is always a risk, this time was different. After getting the vehicle home, we discovered problems not noticed during the test drive. This could have been when where the rating went bad; however, it was quite the opposite. The sales and service department went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Thanks Matt Westenkirchner(sales) and Jason Downey (Service) for making the transaction enjoyable. More
