We want to say Thank You again to everyone that helped us buy our new Taurus this past Saturday. I can honestly say this was the best vehicle purchase experience we have had! Mike Parham still took the time to listen and work very hard to get us our trade! Thank you also to Dustin Mcaffee, hard to believe he is a new employee, very professional, knowledgable and courteous! I was truly impressed watching Mike and Dustin work so well together while handling multiple clients at once! And Dustin expertly sync'd my phone, even when I told him he didn't have too because I knew he was very busy. :-) Thank you also Andy Wernsman for listening to us, spending time with us and Rectifying the past problems we had in the Service Dept. by assuring we got our deal! I am glad we didn't give up on Ford and very glad that we bought from Estes! I am going to e-mail Ford also as well as complete the survey when I receive it, Given that we had to call them a couple of times about the Service Dept and the issues with our Edge, I want to make sure that they know all has been rectified and that I am still proud to support Ford. Lastly, "Not Leastly" Thanks to Greg Floyd who also was very friendly yet professional and honestly was a pleasure to do "Business" with! Chip Carter had the SUV pulled into the service bay where it was nice and warm, instead of letting us get into a cold seat. He worked with us on getting the price we wanted, with the payment we wanted. It took about 3 hours start to finish, which was very good concidering how busy they were on that saturday. Thanks Chip!! I was able to get my Ford Ranger for $3000 less than blue book. I was very impressed that they had the carfax report, blue book value, maintenance reports, and other info in a neat folder for my review and book. Went to Bill Estes to buy my first new car ever. Mike came out while we were looking at cars on the lot and introduced himself right away. I was nervous spending this amount of money for the first time came out while we were looking at cars on the lot and introduced himself right away. I was nervous spending this amount of money for the first time on a vehicle but I felt comfortable and confident with my decision after Mike worked with me for the afternoon on finding what I wanted. I got a 2012 Escape V6 and I love it! The General Manager of the dealership took the time to come introduce himself as well as I was picking my car up and asked if there was anything else they could do for me and my new car. Glad I worked with them purchasing a vehicle, they were all very friendly!! More

Chris was the only person when I was searching for a vehicle who got back with me. I love new cars but do not like the buying process, which can be about as much fun as measles. I visited this dealer more than a year ago looking at used trucks, and sales rep Mike Parham was very helpful i can be about as much fun as measles. I visited this dealer more than a year ago looking at used trucks, and sales rep Mike Parham was very helpful in trying to find me a good one. It wasn't the right time, and I did not buy. But recently, I decided to buy new truck, and went back specifically to Mr. Parham to get a brochure to study. I told him I was going to buy a truck, but wanted to do my homework first. He handled this very nicely; the only tiny push he gave was to say that they still had 2011 trucks on the lot, that the prices were right, and that they were selling fast. After studying the brochure for a week, I went back, again asking for Mr. Parham (he had been courteous, helpful, and frank in my earlier visits and I thought he deserved a commission for my purchase). I told him specifically what features I needed, he answered many questions, and took me to see what they had on hand. He set up a 30 minute test drive in the truck of my choice, and the truck sold itself to me on that drive. The negotiations over price and tradein were open and to my satisfaction. The paperwork was breathtaking but the staff made it as easy as possible. The finance guys and sales assistants were courteous, helpful, and businesslike. I checked out the service area, where the service advisor gave me his card and suggested that I call him personally with any questions or problems! Ordinarily, I leave the dealership with a new car and a colossal headache. This time, just a tiny headache that didn't require aspirin! And it was not the fault of anyone at Bill Estes Ford. If my experience is indicative, others should find this to be a great place to buy a car. More

Finally, an A++++++++ to the employee that did the final walk through with me to make sure I knew how everything worked on my new vehicle before I drove away!!!!!
