Passing through the area from Chicago towing our RV with an F350 and happened to blow a trailer tire on the highway adjacent to Bill Estes Ford. Pulled over on the hwy to change it when 2 of the sales reps an F350 and happened to blow a trailer tire on the highway adjacent to Bill Estes Ford. Pulled over on the hwy to change it when 2 of the sales reps spotted us from their property and asked if we needed some help. Mike Parham in sales went back to the shop and sent a mechanic onto the highway with a bigger floor jack and torque wrench. Within a few minutes we were swapped out and back on the road. Big, BIG thank you to Bryce for helping us yesterday! We had two little ones in the truck for a long trip camping, so this was only a hiccup thanks to Mike and Bryce! Good people at Bill Estes Ford!
