Chip Carter had the SUV pulled into the service bay where it was nice and warm, instead of letting us get into a cold seat. He worked with us on getting the price we wanted, with the payment we wanted. It took about 3 hours start to finish, which was very good concidering how busy they were on that saturday. Thanks Chip!!
