He does not pressure the customer answers all questions and makes one very comfortable. He is very knowledgeable. His assistant Dustin was extremely knowledgeable about the SYNC System, connecting my cell phone to the system, going over several times just how to operate everything. The business manager Greg was just as knowledgeable and easy to work with and did everything he could to fit my payments into my budget. I reviewed the listings on the website and found the vehicle I was interested in. When I emailed the dealer requesting a quote and to inquire about purchasing the vehicle, Matt emailed me back promptly vehicle I was interested in. We were there for a very short period of time before we were driving home in my new truck. The personnel were very helpful, friendly and quick. There was no waiting around and wasting time that happens at other dealerships where you have to wait for them to do the paperwork, wait for them to prepare the vehivle for delevery etc. I would definately recommend Matt and the folks at Bill Estes Ford Dealership to anyone. I have bought a lot of cars over the years, but the diligence and speed by which Mike got me the deal was an absolute pleasure.
